Hint. If you purchase once from me you will receive 10% off future purchases if you apply the coupon code. Yes, my name is truly Jack Jellies. I am a grandfather and metalworker/lapidary who began a journey as a painter and sculptor. My professional training oddly enough has been as a scientist (I have been a university professor of Neuroscience for 30+ years) and my acquired dexterity and understanding of materials has helped me bring life to wearable pieces.
Handcrafted designs reimagining vintage works as future heirlooms. I use vintage techniques to reanimate and emulate vintage designs as well as create novel treasures that will become future memories passed down between generations. I truly love the process of reverse engineering many of the designs originated 100-500 years ago. There are no instruction manuals, but creativity and experimentation lead the way.
I fabricate each piece individually so whether a simple pair of earrings or a complex piece - each is uniquely made by me.
I specialize in designs inspired by history, heritage and vintage hand working techniques.
Rather than a selective “line” of jewelry, I focus upon an eclectic mix of pieces, techniques and design elements. Unique treasures.

5 out of 5 starsReceived today and it is just as nice visually as I expected - a comment however- it is a pressure stamped silver medallion and it is of fine quality- unique appearance and a very nice piece - it would have been nice to have depth dimension as well as I was momentarily taken aback at how thin it was, as the rim gives a somewhat deceptive impression of greater thickness. It is over 40mm or a little over 1.5” (the ongoing tragedy lampooned so well on SNL recently of having a mixture of English AND Metric measurements in use w/o broad popular visualization of what that actually translates to even when it is described) at any rate, it looked and felt a bit thin and I may have been concerned about it except it actually works better for me that way - the intended use is as a decorative piece in a new leather book cover - so it works!

5 out of 5 starsWould love approximate sizing in the future. Sorry if I missed it this time.

Oh man, I do list exact sizes and if you let me know ahead of time if I can’t resize many designs I can make it to size. Hope it isn’t a super bummer but let me know. Maybe I can fix it for ya.

I have been painting, sculpting and working with my hands and eyes for over 50 years. My work as a Neurobiologist helped me to develop fine motor skills and creative problem-solving skills. I love lapidary, glass, stone and metal fabrication. Peace
